Somerset, Kentucky (On-site)COMPENSATION
- Base salary starting around $95,000 (DOE)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead daily operations and create an exceptional guest experience.
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team.
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality.
- Drive financial performance through labor, food cost, and operational
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- An experienced Restaurant General Manager, or
- A high-performing Assistant General Manager ready for their first GM
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to drive sales and profitability.
