Position Description Title: Engineering Co-Op (Variety of disciplines) Department: Engineering Location: Marysville, MI Immediate Supervisor: Manufacturing Manager Position Summary The Engineering Co‑Op will contribute to ongoing engineering projects, troubleshooting activities, and process improvements. Essential Skills and Experience Relevant coursework or work experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. Fundamental understanding of circuits, electronics, and/or mechanical systems. Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation, schematics, and engineering drawings. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills. Ability to work independently with guidance and in a team setting. Willingness to work hands‑on with engineering tools and equipment. Project Scope Assist in resolving production issues related to electrical or mechanical design. Help draft or update operating instructions, service manuals, or assembly documents. Participate in root‑cause investigations and corrective actions. Select appropriate engineering methods and tools.
