Field Superintendent - Per Diem Offered

Overview Trillium Construction is now seeking a General Foreman or Electrical Field Superintendent for a long term project in Parker, CO. Compensation Pay is $48-50 per hour. Working Monday-Friday, 6am-4:30pm, 45-55 hours per week. Daily per diem of $150. Responsibilities Direct and supervise the work of 3 Foreman and electrical teams, providing guidance and support as needed. Ensure all electrical work meets quality standards and complies with relevant codes, regulations, and project specifications. Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections. Identify and resolve electrical issues and problems that arise during projects. Provide technical expertise and solutions. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues. Maintain accurate records of project progress, work performed, and any issues encountered. Prepare and submit reports as required. Provide training and mentorship to electrical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Qualifications State of Colorado Electrical License preferred, but not required. Proven experience in electrical supervision, preferably in construction or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Great leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage projects and priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Skills Ability to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions in English. Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
