Position Duties/Responsibilities This position is in the Security Division of the Command Operations Department at Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) in Jacksonville, Florida. The primary purpose of this position is to install, overhaul and repair all types of locks and security systems; makes keys and changes combination and cipher locks.
