Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

We are actively seeking a  Manufacturing Associate to join a technology-focused manufacturing company supporting the semiconductor industry. In this hands-on role, you’ll help prepare precision-manufactured products for shipment, support warehouse and production activities, and contribute to an organized, safety-conscious operation. If you work well in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with teammates, and enjoy a physical role where quality matters, this could be an excellent opportunity to put those strengths to work.

To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  Relevant hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, shipping, packaging, material handling, or quality support may be considered in lieu of a diploma or GED.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work involving walking, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to operate a  pallet jack and other manual warehouse equipment
• Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work efficiently in an active production environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining close attention to quality and safety
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to prepare written work orders and emails

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Package, seal, and crate completed products so they are properly prepared for shipment
• Use a pallet jack to move and stage finished products for outgoing shipments
• Coordinate with production teammates and other departments to keep work moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious production and warehouse workspace
• Follow written work instructions and accurately complete required work orders and emails
• Support additional quality department activities based on operational needs and supervisor direction
• Participate in cross-training to assist with Inspection and MRB-related quality activities
• Maintain a strong commitment to quality throughout assigned responsibilities
• Support changes in processes and priorities as business needs evolve
• Perform other related duties reasonably assigned within the scope of the operation
