Colorectal Surgeon Opportunity

Sanford Health has an opening for a Fellowship trained Colorectal Surgeon to join its Surgery Department in Fargo, North Dakota. Experienced candidates preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply. Join a group of 3 colorectal surgeons and 16 other surgeons with expertise in breast surgery, bariatric surgery, oncology surgery, general surgery and trauma and acute care surgery. 23 exam rooms, 3 clinic procedure rooms and 2 proctology exam rooms. DaVinci XI and DV5 robot available. Practice consists of clinic, operating room, and endoscopy suite. Teaching of surgical residents and medical students through the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Competitive compensation package includes: compensation floor of $532,080 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details).
