We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join a team overseeing a premier commercial site in Santa Clara, CA! If you have 0-2 years of experience in property management and strong financial/operational skills, we’d love to connect with you. Location: On-site in Santa Clara, CA Pay Rate: $38.74 / hour Contract Duration: August 10, 2026 - December 31, 2026 Experience Level: 0-2 years in property management, commercial real estate, or related operational/financial roles What You’ll Do: Operations & Tenant Relations: Manage daily property operations, handle vendor contracts/repairs, enforce occupancy rules, and resolve tenant inquiries promptly. Financial & Accounting: Oversee rent collection, bill payments, account reconciliations, month-end financial reporting, and budget variance tracking. Leasing & Risk Management: Assist with space leasing, lease agreement preparation, property security measures, and local regulatory compliance. Key Qualifications & Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). Strong foundational knowledge of property accounting, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes. Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail. Proficiency in MRI (or similar property management software like Yardi/RealPage) is a big plus! #J-18808-Ljbffr
