About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our Physical Therapy team to design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans
Conducting physical therapy treatments, exercises, and activities under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
Monitoring and documenting resident progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
