Production Manager

Production ManagerBolzoni Group is looking for an energetic Production Manager to lead the manufacturing team. Providing leadership and direction to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations. This role is responsible for executing company initiatives while driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.The Production Manager develops and coaches Area Coaches and associates, oversees daily operations, and strategically plans to achieve short- and long-term business objectives while ensuring customer commitments are consistently met.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop Area Coaches and value stream associates through coaching, performance management, and talent developmentDrive execution and sustainability of company principles across the value streamManage value stream performance through metrics, resource planning, and production executionLead continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, inventory, lead times, and cost performancePartner with EH&S, Quality, Human Resources, and other functional teams to achieve operational objectivesEnsure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirementsLead safety walks and root cause analysis efforts to address operational challengesManage value stream budgets and resources to achieve financial and operational targetsUtilize data, digital tools, and AI technologies to support decision-making, improve processes, and enhance operational performanceFoster a culture focused on employee engagement, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfactionMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree is required; Masters is preferred7+ years of experience in the fields of Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Development and/or Business ManagementExperience in forklift, automotive, heavy equipment, or similar manufacturing environmentsProven experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principlesStrong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Working knowledge of AI tools and technology, with the ability to leverage them to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational performance.Job Type: PermanentTime Type: Full timeWork Hours: 40Travel Required: NoPrimary Location: Bolzoni US Sulligent, ALAddress: 7711 US Highway 278Zip Code: 35586Field-Based: NoRelocation Assistance Available: NoWe are an equal opportunity employer with an excellent benefit package including medical, dental and life insurance, 401(k) and profit sharing.EOE/Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled
