About Real Movement

Real Movement is a cash-based physical therapy and performance clinic based in Jacksonville, FL, operating at the intersection of rehab, strength, and longevity. Founded by Jen Dieter, MPT and competitive CrossFit athlete, Real Movement is known for one-on-one care, high standards, and outcomes that go well beyond traditional PT. We don’t tell people to “just slow down” we help them move better, train harder, and trust their bodies again.

We work with active adults, athletes, and high-performers who have tried conventional PT and want more. Our REAL framework - Recover, Educate, Achieve, Longevity - is the standard of care that sets us apart.

The Opportunity

We are growing and looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join the Real Movement team on a part-time basis, with strong potential to grow into a full-time role. This is a rare opportunity to practice high-quality, one-on-one PT without productivity quotas or volume-over-outcomes pressure.

We’re looking for someone who shares our philosophy: movement is medicine, athletes deserve better, and excellent care is the only standard.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver one-on-one physical therapy sessions for active adults, athletes, and performance-focused clients
• Conduct comprehensive movement assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Work within the REAL framework (Recover, Educate, Achieve, Longevity) to drive meaningful outcomes
• Collaborate with Jen Dieter and the broader Real Movement team on patient care
• Contribute to a growing Longevity Lab membership model and community programming (as it launches)
• Represent the Real Movement brand with professionalism and genuine passion for movement

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Physical Therapist licensed or eligible in Florida
• Genuine passion for working with active adults and athletes
• Comfortable in a private-pay environment
• Strong manual therapy and movement assessment skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and aligned with a performance culture

Strongly Preferred

• Background in strength training and sports performance
• Experience working with athletes or fitness-focused clientele
• Familiarity with concierge or private-pay PT models
• Female-identifying - our clientele skews heavily female and that alignment matters
