Seasonal Lab Technician, Night Shift (FT)

Waypoint Analytical, a subsidiary of Nutrien, employs a seasonal Laboratory Technician in Memphis, Tennessee for 3-6 months. The position includes day or night shifts. Hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00. Responsibilities Prepare and analyze samples for a wide variety of testing procedures. Follow outlined methodologies and Standard Operating Procedures for assigned tests. Learn to operate and maintain scientific equipment and instrumentation. Document activities and report results concisely and accurately. Assist group leaders and analysts with ordering and inventorying consumables, chemicals, and parts for instrumentation. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of laboratory equipment and areas. Model core value of safety by contributing to a safe work environment. Perform other duties as required.
