Position: Sales Business Development Representative (BDC Agent)
Gallatin Ford/CDJR is immediately hiring Business Development Representatives to join our growing team! If you're driven, professional, and customer-focused, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the automotive industry.
What You'll Do
- Handle all incoming customer communications (phone, email, text)
- Build relationships with prospective customers
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Follow up with leads to generate showroom traffic
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly pay + performance-based bonuses
- Our BDRs average $20+ per hour
- Flexible work schedule
- No Sundays!
