Corporate Incentives Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Incentives Associate to join its corporate practice in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience advising domestic and international companies on expansion or relocation in the US, developing corporate headquarters, and negotiating economic development incentives. This role requires strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, as well as the ability to mentor junior associates. Duties Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis. Draft legal documents, including briefs and contracts. Manage complex cases and transactions from inception to resolution. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies. Participate in high-level legal activities such as negotiations and trials. Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations. Engage in professional development and community involvement. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Education JD Degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice in the state of California. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong business and professional judgment. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
