Midlevel Associate - Corporate amp Business Transactions in Life Sciences

Job Overview A law firm seeks a midlevel associate for its San Francisco, CA office to join the Corporate & Business Transactions team, focusing on life sciences. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of law firm experience or two or more years as in-house counsel in the life sciences industry, with a strong interest in life sciences transactions. Duties Draft and negotiate collaboration agreements and license agreements. Handle supply and operational agreements, including CDA/NDAs, MTAs, SRAs, CTAs, and MSAs. Manage product purchase and sale agreements. Requirements 3-5 years of law firm experience in life sciences transactions or two years as in-house counsel. Strong desire to focus on life sciences transactions. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the state of California. Skills Proficient in drafting and negotiating complex agreements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
