Legal Recruiter

Job Summary A well-established national law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for professional staff roles across multiple U.S. offices. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a recruiting professional with strong law firm or legal staffing experience who enjoys partnering with leadership, improving hiring processes, and creating a positive candidate experience. This role offers a collaborative environment, long-term stability, and the opportunity to work closely with attorneys, hiring managers, and HR leadership. The Legal Recruiter will play a key role in attracting high-quality talent, strengthening recruiting operations, and supporting a professional workplace built on teamwork, discretion, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional staff positions across national office locations. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels. Partner with hiring managers and local leadership to understand staffing needs, evaluate candidates, and support hiring decisions. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communications, and support offer processes. Oversee onboarding activities, background checks, reference checks, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, and new hire documentation. Maintain recruiting records, applicant tracking data, compensation research, job descriptions, and recruitment metrics. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Job Type: Direct hire. Location: Orlando, FL 32801. Work Arrangement: Hybrid flexibility with 1 to 2 remote days per week after training.
