Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and provide supervision and training to staff. The role involves collaborating with families and professionals to ensure effective treatment strategies and maintaining compliant clinical documentation. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client strengths and needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized behavior intervention plans using ABA principles. Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making. Supervise and provide feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians and support staff. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards. Monitor client progress and modify intervention strategies based on data-driven outcomes. Support crisis management and behavior reduction strategies when needed. Engage in professional development and peer collaboration. Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred. Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior assessment tools. Experience supervising RBTs is preferred. Proficiency in data analysis and treatment plan development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining clinical standards. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and clinical documentation best practices. Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
