SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Fusco Personnel is representing a leading construction organization who is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and provide overall leadership throughout the project lifecycle—from planning and estimating through execution, financial management, and closeout. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal teams and external partners while maintaining project quality, schedule, safety, and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• 7–15 years of construction experience in a lead project management role, managing GC/CM projects valued at $5 million or more from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong background in estimating, contract buyout, subcontractor and supplier negotiations, change orders, payment applications, scheduling, and project closeout.

• Strong technical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build productive relationships with clients, partners, and internal staff.
• Solid understanding of construction operations, project controls, financial management, and business principles such as strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project or Primavera P6; Procore experience preferred .

Compensation:  $125-160K annually
