BAS/HVAC Controls Specialist

About the Company We are a national building automation and energy services provider that delivers full‑scope building smart automation solutions to help owners and managers improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance tenant comfort. Salary $80,000 - $120,000 per year. Responsibilities Conduct preventative maintenance, repair, and installation of BAS/BMS controls. Commission and test systems from system‑level controllers to end devices for small to medium‑sized new or retrofit projects. Perform start‑up, checking, testing, and system diagnostics. Work approximately 80% of the time in the field at customer sites; a company vehicle will be provided. Qualifications Must Have 2+ years of experience with building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls. Willingness to work roughly 80% of the time at client sites. Familiarity with one or more BAS systems such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or similar. Experience with the Siemens Desigo platform.
