Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a positive impact this summer by providing physical therapy services to students during Extended School Year (ESY) programming. This contract opportunity is conveniently located near Franklin, WI, and offers a rewarding way to put your expertise into practice with a supportive school team.

In this role, you'll work two days per week following the current ESY schedule, which runs Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 12:30pm. The assignment starts June 15th and concludes on July 17th, offering a focused period to help students maintain skills and achieve their goals during the summer months.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Familiarity with PT services and documentation in educational environments
• Commitment to fostering student progress and participation
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group PT interventions based on students’ IEPs for ESY
• Develop and implement therapy strategies to support students’ motor development and educational access
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to maximize student achievement
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation for all services provided
• Participate in ESY team meetings, contributing your expertise to enhance student success
