A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Responsibilities:* Support Syndicate Transaction Execution by performing pre-closing and post-closing duties in connection with agency transactions such as posting document deliverables received from the Borrower to the Syndicate via Data room* Liaise with Counsel and the Customer on Lender inquiries and Lender KYC Updates* KYC/ Onboard new Lenders in our Syndicate transactions. Assist on streamlining secondary trade settlements.* Work on pitchbook slides to assist in Agency Mandates.* Follow through with other parts of the Bank to ensure flawless execution and timely customer responsesQualifications:* 1-3 years of relevant work experience* Series 79, 63 preferred* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint* Knowledge of Debt domain and Clearpar.* Education: Bachelor’s degreeThe typical base pay range for this role is between $100K - $110K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
