Orange Park and Jacksonville FL | Immediate Home Care Opportunities | W-2 | BONUS INCLUDED!

Concierge Care is currently adding qualified caregivers to support clients throughout Orange Park and the surrounding Clay County area . We're looking for Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) who are dependable, compassionate, and ready to make a difference through one-on-one home care.

We have multiple clients ready to be staffed with a variety of schedules available, making this a great opportunity for caregivers looking for flexible PRN work or consistent weekly hours.

• Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight assignments

• W-2 employment
• $18–$22 per hour (higher-paying assignments available for select cases)
• Weekly pay by direct deposit
• $100 Hiring Bonus after successfully completing onboarding and meeting bonus eligibility requirements
• One-on-one client care in private homes
• Multiple active client assignments

-Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)

-Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

-CPR certification

-Social Security card

-A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases

-Completed CEUs:
• 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication

-Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
