A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr. IAM Governance Analyst

Position type: Contract (12+ months)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Hybrid Onsite (3 days onsite, 2 days remote in a week)

As a Sr. IAM Governance Analyst, you will:

• Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cybersecurity governance within a leading financial institution. This high-impact role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale initiatives, drive modernization efforts, and deliver strategic insights that influence organizational security posture. If you are an analytical problem-solver with extensive experience in IAM governance, risk assessment, and security controls, this is your chance to make a significant impact in a challenging and rewarding environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Information Security Analysis, with proven expertise in IAM governance, risk management, and controls.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex processes, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Exceptional communication abilities to develop executive-ready reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and influencing stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in leveraging automation, AI, and workflow technologies to enhance governance processes and operational efficiency.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $67 - $72 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
