This position is located out of the Auburn , WA office. The Legacy You’ll Be a Part Of Endries International was established as a fastener distributor based out of Northeastern Wisconsin. What You’ll Do Own financial performance for your accounts, ensuring revenue growth and profitability. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing inside sales team. Develop strategies that optimize account management, customer satisfaction, and operational results. Partner across functions to align resources, processes, and initiatives with business goals. Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement improvements that drive results. Education & Experience Required Bachelors degree Business or related field preferred 3-5 years of progressive responsibilities & related experience, i.e. sales, marketing, management. Experience in the fastener distribution industry or related experience strongly preferred. Work Environment This position operates in a professional office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video-conferencing tools Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work are primarily first shift hours with occasional evening and weekend work that may be required as job duties demand. Travel Travel is primarily local, although some out-of-area travel may be expected.
