Medical Device Assembler / Operator IJoin a precision medical-device manufacturing team in Westfield, Indiana. As a Medical Device Assembler / Operator I, you will help manufacture high-quality cardiac medical devices, including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related assemblies. This is a hands-on production role for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with small components, and able to consistently follow detailed procedures in a highly controlled manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Assemble, repair, inspect, and test medical-device components according to established procedures and work instructions.Handle small and delicate components requiring strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and maintain full product traceability.Follow quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements at all times.Use electronic data-collection systems and standard computer software to document production activity.Identify and communicate production, quality, and process issues to manufacturing leadership.Prioritize work based on production requirements, job sequencing, and established procedures.Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous-improvement initiatives.Support manufacturing goals related to quality, productivity, profitability, and process performance.Maintain a clean, safe, professional production environment.Support the company's Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and other applicable regulatory requirements.Controlled Manufacturing Environment:This position requires compliance with strict gowning, clothing, personal-care, and cleanliness standards because of the controlled production environment. Employees must wear appropriate non-shedding clothing, closed-toe/closed-heel shoes, socks or stockings, and clothing that can be fully covered by required gowning. Loose fibers, fleece, exposed skin, visible contamination, certain jewelry/piercings, artificial nails, nail polish, makeup, and scented personal products are not permitted in the production area.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
