What You’ll Do Convert tours → applications → leases Conduct engaging apartment tours and follow up to close the sale Conduct move-out inspections and walk vacant units to assess condition, identifying charges and damages Take ownership of delinquency by proactively communicating with residents, resolving balances, and minimizing outstanding receivables Support lease renewal strategy by engaging residents, addressing concerns, and helping drive retention Resolve resident concerns and escalations professionally, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution Leverage AI and digital tools to maximize efficiency and conversion Who You Are You don’t see this as an “assistant” role—you see it as an opportunity to drive leasing performance and impact delinquency.
