As an Insurance Sales Representative , you will connect with prospective clients, identify their insurance needs, and recommend coverage. You'll receive warm leads, structured CRM workflows, hands-on coaching, and ongoing professional development so you always have the tools to succeed. This opportunity offers a defined career path to Senior Insurance Sales Representative, Sales Team Lead, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or even agency ownership.

• Base salary is $24,000. Top earners make 60k+ on average with commissions and bonuses
