Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager — Land Development

InfraHire is hiring an Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager - Land Development
- Lead civil engineering design and project management activities for land development projects.
- Oversee and review construction drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
- Manage multiple projects from feasibility through to construction completion.
- Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining relationships with clients, design professionals, and public agencies.
- Prepare project proposals, fee estimates, and manage budgets.
- Lead the design of site grading, drainage, stormwater systems, water and sanitary sewer systems, and erosion control plans.
- Oversee permit processing, constructibility analysis, bid documentation, and project administration.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
- Ensure quality and compliance with all applicable codes and standards.
- Utilize advanced skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D for design tasks.
- Apply strong communication and negotiation skills in client and agency interactions.
- Maintain California PE license (or be actively pursuing, as applicable).
- Bring a minimum of 7 years of land development experience, including roadway/infrastructure design, hydrology/hydraulics, and topographic mapping.
