You will be responsible for carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a range of automated production and process machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency. Sector – Factory Maintenance Non‑Negotiable Requirements Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias) NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 qualified in Engineering Experience working within an industrial manufacturing environment Hands‑on experience carrying out planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance within a fast‑paced factory environment Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer Strong electrical fault‑finding and diagnostic experience Experience working on production, process, or automated manufacturing machinery Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team Experience carrying out preventative maintenance and responding to equipment breakdowns Knowledge of motors, drives, sensors, relays, contactors, conveyors, and associated production equipment Desirable Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within the UK manufacturing sector Previous experience within FMCG, food, packaging, plastics, automotive, or other high‑speed manufacturing environments PLC fault‑finding experience Continuous improvement or reliability maintenance experience The Electrical Maintenance Engineer Will Benefit From Working for a market‑leading manufacturing business Competitive salary of £54,000 plus overtime opportunities Company benefits package including pension, life insurance, and gym access Excellent training and development opportunities Career progression opportunities within a growing engineering team Working within a modern, highly automated manufacturing facility #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline CVL
