Role Description We are hiring highly energized part time new member recruitment execution team who belive in Scouting and getting more familes involved. Apply today to Help us grow scouting locally! As a New Member Recruitment Execution Team part time employee, you'd sign up new families at school and community events. Deliver a consistent Recruitment process. Track youth registered and youth expressing interest and provide excellent communication between new families, Cub Scout Pack volunteer leadership and school partners. Hours range from 4 to 20 per week at $14/hour. We are looking for 8 to 10 team members for immediate hire. 

Qualifications

• high school diploma
• high energy
• is or eligible to be a member of Scouting America
• Reliable transportation
• Scouting Experience and bilingual skills are a plus, but not required"
