Paid Summer Internship - Seasonal (MayAugust)
CDPC Sales and Marketing (ClearDefense Pest Control) is a national, innovative leader in pest control services and direct sales. With decades of combined experience in management and sales, our leadership team is committed to developing high-performing interns through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world responsibility. Our mission is simple: protect homes, develop people, and build future leaders.
This paid summer internship is designed for motivated individuals interested in sales, marketing, business, or entrepreneurship. Interns gain real-world, commission-based sales experience while learning proven systems, professional communication, and leadership skills. This program consistently produces top-earning interns and future sales leaders within our organization.

Inspect properties and identify pest control and home-protection needs
Build new customer relationships and expand existing accounts
Execute weekly goals in partnership with a Sales Manager
Participate in daily team meetings and performance check-ins
Lead sales meetings and contribute to team initiatives
Performance-based pay with high earning potential, 100% commission based
Top interns earn significantly above the average summer income
Clear path to future roles including Sales Lead, Sales Manager, and Partnership
Interns leave with practical sales expertise, confidence, and leadership skills applicable to any career

GPA of 2.0 or higher
Must be at least 18 years old

Availability for evenings and weekends
