【Position】 Accounting Specialist 【Summary】 This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the financial health of the company by handling all general accounting operations. Key responsibilities include managing accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external regulations. Meticulous accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to clearly communicate financial information are essential for this role. 【Essential Duties (Not Official) 】 Daily, Monthly, and Annual Accounting Processing: Perform journal entries, reconcile accounts, manage accounts receivable and payable, and administer fixed assets. Financial Report Preparation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (e.g., income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) for management. Budgeting and Variance Analysis Support: Assist with the budgeting process, analyze variances between actuals and budget, and identify the root causes of these differences. Internal Control Maintenance: Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures, and propose improvements as needed. Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Tax-Related Support: Support the collection and preparation of information required for tax filings. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing, sales, and human resources to resolve accounting-related issues and facilitate information sharing. 【Working Hours, Working style】 9:00-18:00 【Working Location】 Torrance, CA 【Salary, Benefit】 $60-65K Health insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, and a 401K retirement plan.
