Endocrinology physician job in New Jersey :
An established medical center in Bergen County, New Jersey is seeking an Endocrinologist to join its expanding team. This outpatient-focused opportunity offers a flexible schedule, comprehensive onsite support, and the chance to contribute to resident teaching.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Setting: Onsite, outpatient practice
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient endocrine care for adult patients
- Manage a full-time endo-hospitalist service as needed
- Collaborate with mid-level providers, medical assistants, and other members of the care team
- Participate in teaching Internal Medicine residents
- Utilize onsite ancillary support to coordinate patient care
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible Endocrinologist
- Experience providing outpatient endocrine care
- Ability to work a full-time Monday-Friday schedule
- Commitment to collaborative team-based care
Desired Skills:
- Experience teaching medical residents
- Hospital-based endocrine or endo-hospitalist experience
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary outpatient practice settings
