Associate Attorney – Mass Tort Litigation Greenbrae, CA | Hybrid | 3 days/week in office A respected plaintiff-side litigation firm is looking for a 3–5 year Associate Attorney to join its team in Greenbrae. This is an opportunity to work on high-stakes mass tort and complex litigation matters, partnering closely with experienced trial attorneys and taking meaningful ownership of substantive litigation work. What you'll do Handle matters involving mass tort, MDL, product liability, toxic tort, pharmaceutical, medical device and other complex litigation Draft and respond to motions, briefs, pleadings and discovery Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal and factual issues Assist with depositions, hearings, discovery and trial preparation Review and analyze medical records, expert materials and other case documents Work directly with attorneys, clients, experts, co-counsel and opposing counsel Contribute to case strategy and take ownership of assigned matters What we're looking for 3–5 years of litigation experience Experience with plaintiff-side litigation, ideally mass tort, MDL, product liability, toxic tort, pharmaceutical or medical device matters Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills Experience drafting motions, briefs, pleadings and discovery J.D. and active California Bar admission Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple matters The opportunity You'll join an experienced litigation team working on sophisticated matters with the opportunity to take on substantive responsibility early in your career.
