Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

SURESTAFF is hiring Forklift Operators for a well-established client in Des Plaines, IL. As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in warehouse operations—ensuring products are received, processed, and shipped accurately and on time. We’re looking for reliable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Shift Available:

• 1st & 2nd Shift

Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Verify shipment accuracy (quantity & quality checks)
• Perform picking, packing, and labeling duties efficiently and safely
• Move and organize products within the warehouse
• Complete returns processing and required documentation
• Conduct basic equipment checks and routine maintenance
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift (required)
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work overtime as needed
