- Lead and own SEC reporting for a public-company environment with high visibility to executives and stakeholders
• Influence executive reporting, including Board materials and earnings-related communications
• Opportunity to drive process improvements and system enhancements across the reporting function
• Play a key role in maintaining SOX compliance and strengthening internal controls
• Gain hands-on experience with complex accounting topics and technical research
• Work in a leadership capacity developing and guiding a high-performing accounting team
• Exposure to ESG reporting, proxy filings, and evolving regulatory requirements
• Fast-paced, high-impact environment ideal for advancing into senior leadership roles
- Manage preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and related disclosures
• Oversee consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and internal reporting packages
• Coordinate closely with external auditors and support audit processes
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX requirements
• Review account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and consolidation processes
• Support technical accounting research and implementation of new standards
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred)
• CPA required
• 10+ years of financial reporting experience
• Experience in public company reporting and Big Four audit environment
