Step into an impactful role as a School Psychologist, supporting high school students in a dynamic educational environment. This full-time, contract opportunity is centered at a single building serving grades 9-12 near Elkhart, IN. You'll play a vital role in fostering academic, social, and emotional growth for adolescents, collaborating with staff and families to build a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Key Qualifications:

• Active licensure and credentials as a School Psychologist in Indiana
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with high school populations
• Solid understanding of behavioral, academic, and social-emotional assessments
• Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments, interpret results, and deliver recommendations
• Provide direct and consultative support to students experiencing barriers to learning
• Develop, implement, and monitor student intervention plans within a multi-disciplinary team
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility conferences, and student planning sessions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to address academic and behavioral concerns
• Deliver crisis intervention and short-term counseling services as needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school climate
