Job Description
BT & Sons Construction, LLC is seeking a motivated and personable Part‐Time Lead Generator to join our amazing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, understands the value of great customer service, and can confidently guide potential clients toward scheduling in‐home estimates.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate clearly about our services and answer basic questions
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for a free estimate
- Enter customer information accurately
- Represent our company with professionalism, honesty and integrity
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person and by phone
- Positive attitude and confidence when engaging and scheduling appointments
- Prior sales or customer‐facing experience is a plus
