About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Pricing & Affordability to lead the development and execution of a centralized pricing function that is integral to the brand's promise and patient value perception. This role is pivotal in owning the pricing strategy and commercial execution across the enterprise, with a focus on price architecture, affordability, and offer design. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating brand and enterprise strategy into pricing actions, leading the pricing calendar, and ensuring that pricing changes are effectively implemented and result in measurable economic outcomes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, finance, analytics, and legal, is essential to balance growth, patient affordability, simplicity, and governance. Applicants for the Vice President, Pricing & Affordability position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 12 years' experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy, or related analytics-intensive business roles. The role requires a leader with a strong background in pricing decisions at an enterprise or multi-brand level, particularly in complex consumer, retail, healthcare, or similar environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and leading pricing or offer changes, a deep understanding of pricing dynamics, and the ability to present pricing strategy to executive-level audiences. Critical leadership traits include commercial judgment, the ability to simplify complex decisions, high ownership, and strong cross-functional influence.
