Park 6 Logistics is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Service Account Coordinator to support our customer accounts and daily logistics operations.

In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact between customers and internal teams, helping coordinate service requests, maintain accurate account information, monitor ongoing activities, and ensure customers receive timely and professional support.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and committed to providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate service requests and communicate updates with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, shipment, and account information.
• Monitor account activity and assist with resolving service-related issues.
• Provide timely updates regarding schedules, requests, changes, and operational needs.
• Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure service expectations are met.
• Prepare and maintain reports, records, and account documentation.
• Follow up on open requests and ensure issues are handled efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and account processes.
• Support daily administrative and operational activities as needed
