Location:  Victor, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Approx. 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 

Compensation: $20–$25/hour entry-level | $30+/hour experienced

Curran Development Group is partnering with a reputable commercial construction firm serving the Rochester and Western New York region to hire motivated Field Technicians for hands-on roles in construction and field operations.

This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, learning practical skills, and being part of a team-oriented environment. No prior construction experience is required — we are willing to train candidates with strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Projects may involve a mix of indoor and outdoor work and can include carpentry, framing, drywall, finish work, demolition, excavation support, material handling, and general construction activities depending on the needs of each project.

• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Overtime opportunities may be available based on project needs but are not required

• Based out of Victor, NY

• Most jobsites are located within approximately one hour of Victor

• Support daily field operations on active construction projects

• Assist with carpentry, framing, drywall, finish work, and general labor tasks

• Help maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment

• Safely operate basic hand and power tools

• Work collaboratively with project managers, foremen, and field leadership

• Adapt to changing project needs and work environments

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Willingness to work in active indoor and outdoor environments

• Comfortable performing physical work and lifting materials

• Reliable transportation required

• Construction experience helpful but not required

• Military veterans and transitioning service members encouraged to apply

• Entry-level candidates: approximately $20–$25/hour

• Experienced candidates: $30+/hour depending on experience and skillset
