Strategic Staffing Solutions is hiring a Case Manager RN to coordinate a multidisciplinary team in Detroit, MI. This remote role requires an active Michigan RN license and offers a W2 rate of $38 per hour without paid days off. You will engage with members to develop individualized care plans, address barriers, and promote improved health outcomes.
