Senior Technical Product Owner

Focused on Pharmacy claim processing and auditing, the full-time Senior Technical Product Owner will drive solution definitions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop specifications for innovative software solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct interviews and requirement workshops to gather business needs and translate them into testable requirements Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to create and maintain program-level requirements Lead discussions and plan roadmaps for large projects, ensuring alignment with program objectives and vision Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field with significant Pharmacy experience Advanced degree in Pharmacy preferred (e.g., Doctor of Pharmacy) 10 years of business experience, with 7+ years in Pharmacy operations Experience with systems modeling, user interface design, and data flow tools Expertise in analysis and documentation tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
