LayerZero Power Systems is on a trajectory of sustained growth, with a loyal customer base of existing Fortune 100 customers and an expanding portfolio of new customers.As an Epoxy/Paint Operator at LayerZero Power Systems, you will be responsible for the preparation, coating, and finishing of metal components and enclosures used in high-performance power distribution systems. Your work will directly contribute to the durability, safety, and appearance of mission-critical equipment.Primary duties:Prepare parts by masking, cleaning, sanding, and bead blastingApply epoxy or paint using proper mixing ratios and techniquesOperate dispensing and paint line equipment safely and accuratelyInspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality standards are metRead and follow build specs, safety data sheets (SDS), and digital instructionsMaintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standardsAssist teammates with setup, troubleshooting, and process improvementsUse PPE and tools correctly and follow all safety guidelinesExperience & skills:Experience in manufacturing or similar hands-on workComfortable using hand tools and working with small partsGood hand-eye coordination and vision for detailed inspectionEducation:High school diploma or GED required, technical or trade school preferredWhy join us?
