Your Role:

• Oversee survey crews and ensure quality control across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain 3D terrain models for machine control.
• Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to establish survey control.
• Manage data flow between field and office, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects moving.
• Train and mentor survey staff, ensuring safety and precision at every step.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in construction survey, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Civil 3D, Carlson, Trimble Business Center.
• Strong knowledge of GPS, robotic total stations, and automated machine control.
• Ability to lead, adapt, and communicate effectively.
• Preferred: Professional Surveyor license
