SHIFTS / AVAILABILITY

Shift Period	19:00 07:30
Days	3 x 12-hour shifts rotating

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor maternal and foetal well-being during labour using electronic foetal monitoring (EFM)
• Support and assist with vaginal and caesarean deliveries in collaboration with OB/GYN team
• Administer oxytocin, epidural monitoring, and emergent medications per protocol
• Complete labour assessments, delivery documentation, and postpartum handoff
• Participate in obstetric emergency drills and rapid response

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

• Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
• BLS and NRP certifications current
• Minimum 2 years L&D RN experience
• Foetal monitoring proficiency (EFM)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• RNC-OB certification
• Experience with high-risk obstetrics
