We hope this inspires you to apply and begin living our IU Health Values Purpose, Excellence, Compassion and Team every day./ppWhat You Will Do:/ppClean, wrap, sterilize, store and distribute equipment, supplies, instruments and endoscopes used in patient care./ppAssist area clinical staff by using specialized knowledge in surgical instrumentation and procedures to prepare for surgical cases./ppProvide technical guidance to others involved in the assembly of instrumentation and preparation of case carts./ppTrain team on various skills and tasks./ppAct as a resource or mentor for the team and other staff./ppProvide functional guidance to the team and assists Manager with scheduling, training and inventory duties./pp***MUST HAVE 2 active CRCST/CSPDT/CFER national certificates and/or are a Certified Surgical Technologist.
