You exercise discretion and independent judgment and are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties, including the ability to make independent choices, free from immediate direction or supervision. You are responsible for carrying out the operational core responsibilities and policies of the nursing department, established by the company and facility./ph3Education/Qualifications/h3ullipMust possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the states practiced in./p/lilipMust have, as a minimum, two (2) years of recent Director of Nursing experience with a history of excellent quality and survey outcomes./p/lilipMust understand federal, state, rules regulations, and survey practices in your assigned area./p/lilipMust be able to travel, including overnight stays./p/li/ulh3Shift Wage/h3ullipFull-Time Opportunity Available/p/li/ulp*Program details can vary amongst buildings.
