Duration: TBD (Temp.-to-Direct Hire)
Work Schedule: M-F | 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Job Description:
This position is responsible for reviewing veterans' compensation cases, evaluating claim opportunities, and determining the most appropriate strategy based on available evidence and client circumstances. This position serves as a primary point of contact for veterans throughout the contract process, provides support to internal departments regarding case-related matters, and assists with administrative and operational activities as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Review veterans' compensation cases and identify potential claim opportunities.
• Modify case strategies when necessary, based on claim requirements.
• Communicate with veterans regarding the claims process, company services, and contract terms.
• Contact clients to obtain information, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Complete assigned tracking and reporting requirements.
• Provide support and guidance to internal departments regarding case-related matters.
• Provide administrative support for general office operations and assist with office-related tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in case management, customer service, healthcare administration, claims review, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and general office technology.
