About the Role We need an analytical HR/Benefits professional with experience managing multi-state benefits plans for a growing company of 15,000 employees. This role offers great management opportunities and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex benefits issues. Responsibilities Manage and analyze benefits programs. Ensure compliance with multi-state regulations. Provide strategic recommendations for benefits improvements. Collaborate with HR and management on benefits-related issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration. Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in benefits management software.
