Familiarity with real estate principles or a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and learning from experienced agents. Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to manage client relationships and track progress. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
